1. Final Sale Policy

All purchases made through the Marketplace Pro Service are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless required by applicable law.


2. Subscription and Service Terms

Before subscribing to our Service, we strongly recommend reviewing all subscription plans and associated features on our website to ensure the Service meets your needs. If you have any questions or uncertainties, please contact our support team prior to subscribing.


3. Subscription Cancellations

Customers on subscription-based plans (monthly or yearly) may cancel their subscriptions by following the instructions outlined in their subscription agreement. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for early cancellation.


4. Annual Subscriptions

By purchasing an annual subscription, you agree to be automatically charged for renewal the following year at the then-current annual rate unless you notify Marketplace Pro of your intent to cancel. To avoid renewal, you must email support@marketplacepro.co.uk at least 30 days prior to your renewal date. Failure to notify us within this timeframe will result in your annual subscription renewing automatically, and you authorise Marketplace Pro to charge the applicable renewal amount.


4. Lifetime Access Terms

Customers who purchase a Lifetime Access plan are granted ongoing access to the current and future features of the Marketplace Pro Service for the life of the product. This is a one-time payment, and the purchase is considered final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Please note:

• "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the Marketplace Pro AI Quick Lister Product only and not separate products which may be offered by our company in future.

• If Marketplace Pro discontinues the Service or ceases operations entirely, Lifetime Access will naturally end at that point.

• In such a scenario, no partial or prorated refunds will be issued for Lifetime Access, and the buyer acknowledges this upon purchase.


5. Service Interruptions

We make every effort to ensure uninterrupted access to our Service. However, temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues. Compensation is not provided for downtime, but we aim to resolve interruptions as quickly as possible.


8. Responsibility for Data Backup

Users are responsible for regularly backing up any data they upload or store while using the Service. Marketplace Pro is not liable for any loss of data or damage resulting from use of the platform.


7. Exceptions to the Refund Policy

Where required by applicable laws or consumer protection regulations, we will honour refund or return requests in accordance with those legal requirements.
